StellenbeschreibungppAs Head of Engineering, you will lead and scale engineering for our Red Teaming and Agentic Security products (including AI Guardrails), reporting to the VP RD. You don’t need to be a deep expert. /li liExperience operating in a shared‑ownership model, contributing strongly to strategy without sole authority. /li liStrong communication and people leadership: build real relationships with customers, partners, and your own team. /li liFamiliarity with the Zurich tech market: hiring and compensation norms, local talent networks, and working culture. /li liStrong advantage: experience navigating the tension between startup‑style autonomy and large‑company process, ideally through an acquisition, integration, or similar structural change. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
