Trade Marketing Director – Wholesale

ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement trade marketing strategy for the wholesale channel, translating brand and business objectives into actionable plans /li liLead seasonal trade marketing planning, including campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives /li liDrive visual merchandising strategy for wholesale partners, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while adapting to local market requirements /li liDevelop and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness of trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives (sell‑out, ROI, brand visibility) /li liCollaborate closely with Sales to support sell‑in and sell‑out strategies, creating compelling ‘selling stories’ and tools /li liOversee the development and distribution of POP materials and marketing tools, ensuring quality, cost‑efficiency, and timely delivery /li liLead budgeting and forecasting processes for trade marketing activities /li liManage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners /li liEnsure alignment and coordination across regions, fostering best practices and continuous improvement /li liLead and develop the trade marketing and visual merchandising team /li liDevelop guidelines and toolkits for wholesale partners covering campaigns, product presentation and visual merchandising /li liAnalyze market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities /li liCoordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints /liliMonitor stock, logistics and distribution of trade marketing materials /li liOversee digital platforms supporting wholesale marketing tools and content /li liDrive innovation in retail storytelling and customer experience across wholesale doors /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 8–10 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or related roles, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands /li liProven experience in leading teams and managing cross‑functional projects /li liStrong understanding of wholesale dynamics, visual merchandising, and brand positioning /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liStrong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with digital platforms is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
