Following a period of strong growth and increased investment, they are expanding their Clinical Operations team and seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager.br/This is a highly visible role offering broad responsibility across clinical development activities. Unlike traditional project management positions in large pharmaceutical companies, this opportunity combines clinical strategy, study design, operational leadership, and hands‑on trial execution. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead Phase I-II clinical studies from planning through execution and closeout. /liliContribute to protocol development, study design, and clinical development planning. /liliManage CROs, vendors, laboratories, and external partners. /liliDrive study timelines, quality, budget, and operational delivery. /liliSupport regulatory and ethics submissions. /liliEnsure compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable regulations. /liliCollaborate closely with clinical, scientific, regulatory, and medical stakeholders. /liliIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful study delivery. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliMaster’s or PhD in Life Sciences or a related discipline. /liliSeveral years of Clinical Operations or Clinical Project Management experience within biotech or pharma. /liliProven experience leading clinical studies from startup through closeout. /liliStrong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical development processes. /liliExperience managing CROs and external vendors. /liliHands‑on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li /ulh3Experienced in /h3ulliVaccines, infectious diseases, immunology, or related therapeutic areas. /liliPhase I-II clinical development. /liliProtocol development and study design. /liliExperience working in agile, clinical-stage biotech environments. /li /ulh3Why This Opportunity? /h3pThis role offers the chance to join a growing biotech at an exciting stage of development, with the opportunity to influence both clinical programs and the future evolution of the Clinical Operations function.
