Reimagine what you can become. /b /p pAs bProcurement Business Partner /b at Nespresso, you will be the key link between Procurement and the business for solid board and corrugated packaging. You will work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, factories and category teams to understand business objectives, translate them into procurement priorities and help deliver premium packaging solutions at the best value. This is a highly connected and versatile role, where you will support complex renovation and innovation projects across multiple SKUs, while navigating supplier challenges, factory constraints, quality topics and supply risks. /p h3How you’ll make an impact as a Procurement Business Partner /h3 ul liAct as the Procurement Business Partner for Nespresso packaging, staying deeply connected to business priorities across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and factory operations. /li liTranslate business objectives, premium brand needs and renovation plans into clear procurement priorities, business cases and value-creation opportunities, while engaging at the early stages of project development to shape sourcing strategies. /li liDrive complex packaging initiatives across a broad portfolio of SKUs, balancing business ambition, technical feasibility, quality and cost. /li liPartner with category managers and suppliers to secure the right packaging materials, including solid board, corrugated and paper-based solutions, at the best value. /li liWork closely with three factories and cross-functional teams to anticipate and resolve supply, quality and operational challenges with calm, pragmatic and business-focused solutions. /li liInfluence senior stakeholders, factory teams, suppliers and marketing functions by listening carefully, challenging constructively and bringing pragmatic solutions. /li liContribute to procurement objectives, including savings, value creation, service level, compliance, risk management, sustainability and business continuity. /li /ul h3What will make you successful /h3 ul liSolid experience relevant experience in procurement, category management, procurement business partner or a related role, ideally in packaging, manufacturing or FMCG. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, factories, suppliers and marketing functions in a clear and agile way. /li liTechnical curiosity and solid analytical acumen, with an interest in packaging materials, industrial set-up, production lines, cost drivers and lean thinking. /li liAbility to manage ambiguity, complexity and stressful situations with calm, resilience and a solution-oriented mindset. /li liBusiness-oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively, propose alternatives and balance premium brand expectations with operational and procurement realities. /li liComfortable working with data, digital tools and business systems to support analysis, decision-making and stakeholder discussions; experience with tools such as SAP, Power BI, ERP systems or Microsoft Office is a plus, with curiosity and agility to learn new technologies. /li liExcellent communication in English; French or an additional language is a plus. /li liEmbodying our WECAN behaviours: Speed over Perfection, Collaboration over Consensus, Courage over Comfort and Learning over Knowledge. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
