Senior SAP BTP Developer, Architect

ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou act as both architect and hands‑on implementer — you design the BTP landscape, make fundamental technology decisions, and contribute directly to development. /li liYou are responsible for integrations, extensions and new cloud applications on SAP BTP and serve as the technical point of reference for all interactions between S/4HANA and the cloud ecosystem. /li liArchitecture design — define and evolve the SAP BTP architecture, including subaccount structure, connectivity and security. /li liMake technology decisions in the areas of integration, extension and application development on BTP. /li liDevelop reference architectures and technical standards for the BTP environment. /li liDevelopment implementation — build cloud‑native applications and extensions using SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), SAP Build Apps, or SAPUI5/Fiori Elements. /li liImplement integration scenarios using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh). /li liConnect S/4HANA, third‑party solutions and external services via BTP. /li liTechnical lead for BTP projects — from requirements gathering to go‑live. /li liWork closely with SAP Basis, application teams, IT architecture and business units. Manage external development partners and perform code reviews. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience in development and architecture on SAP BTP — deep and broad knowledge of the platform. /li liSolid expertise in at least two of the following areas: SAP CAP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, SAPUI5/Fiori, SAP Event Mesh, SAP API Management. /li liExperience with Cloud Foundry or Kyma runtime environments on BTP. /li liUnderstanding of S/4HANA architecture and the distinction between side‑by‑side and embedded extensions. /li liFamiliarity with modern development practices: Git, CI/CD, DevOps in an SAP context. /li liAbility to think strategically at the whiteboard level and to deliver hands‑on implementations. /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to engage at eye level with both developers and IT decision‑makers. /li liFluent German, both written and spoken. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
