ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead client onboarding: ICP definition, sales process mapping, campaign planning /li liBuild and operate GTM infrastructure /li liRun and iterate campaigns end-to-end: ideation, messaging, A/B testing /li liAct as the main point of contact for clients: communicate clearly, manage expectations, deliver on time /li liTranslate client needs into structured processes and reliable systems /li liOnboard and support Tricle AI clients (SMB enterprise), gathering feedback from real usage /li liIdentify where clients get stuck and work with the team to improve the experience /li liHelp build our own strategy, AI automations and workflows /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s degree at a top‑tier university — Business, Management, Economics, or a related field with a quantitative or technical component /li liStrong client skills: confident communicator, high empathy, excellent follow-through /li liSystems thinker — structured and process‑oriented, able to turn ambiguous problems into clear next steps /li liComfortable learning and working with AI and GTM tools (Clay, n8n, HubSpot/Salesforce, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
