ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liNew customer acquisition: Identifying and winning new customers and projects in the Public and Defense Market in Switzerland and Germany in the field of tailored software solutions /li liPipeline development: Systematically building and actively maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g., via MEDDPICC), and consistent follow-up of opportunities through to closing /li liConsulting: Analyzing the needs of prospective customers and advising them on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions /li liProposal management: Preparing proposals and handling tenders in close collaboration with management /li liWinning and converting public frame contracts into revenue /li liNetworking events: Building and maintaining your network by participating in meetups, customer events, and trade fairs /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of sales experience /li liA minimum of 3 years in IT consulting or custom software development /li liA proven track record in new customer acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions /li liExperiences and a network in the Swiss Public and/or Defense Sector /li liA network into the German Public/Defense Sector is a plus /li liExperiences in structure public tenders in national and regional (e.g. cantons, cities) level /li liExperience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.) /li liBusiness-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
