The kind of place where the atmosphere takes care of itself. /p pAs an equal opportunity employer, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to join our team and contribute to our shared success. /p h3Job Description /h3 pAs an AI Enablement Engineer, you will be responsible for accelerating AI adoption across the Technology department while helping the wider organization identify and implement high-impact AI initiatives. /p pReporting directly to the Head Talent Methodology, you will work closely with Engineering Managers, the Tech Drive (Technical Governance), Communities of Practice, Methodology, Human Resources, Product Strategy, Operational Products, and other business departments. /p h3Make AI a core engineering capability at Swissquote /h3 pYou will continuously identify opportunities where AI can improve engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and product innovation, while ensuring adoption follows Swissquote's governance and quality standards. /p pRather than only delivering training, you will build a sustainable enablement ecosystem that allows teams to become autonomous AI practitioners. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3AI Enablement Learning /h3 ul liDesign, build and continuously evolve the Software Engineering AI Enablement Program. /li liDeliver hands‑on workshops, technical trainings, bootcamps and office hours. /li liCoordinate AI learning initiatives across Software Engineering and Technology. /li liDevelop practical learning paths covering Generative AI, AI‑assisted software development, prompting, AI agents, automation and emerging AI capabilities. /li liCreate reusable playbooks, best practices and engineering guidelines. /li liMeasure AI adoption and continuously improve enablement programs through feedback and metrics. /li /ul h3Partnership Engineering Excellence /h3 ul liWork alongside engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI can significantly improve software development lifecycle productivity. /li liHelp teams integrate AI into software design, coding, testing, documentation, operations and maintenance. /li liPrototype AI‑powered engineering workflows and reference implementations. /li liActively collaborate with internal Communities of Practice and CoP Manager. /li liOrganize technical talks, demos, hackathons and AI events. /li liEncourage experimentation while promoting responsible AI usage. /li /ul pWorking together with the Tech Drive organization, you will: /p ul liContribute to Software Engineering AI standards and best practices. /li liParticipate in defining AI governance for engineering activities. /li liEnsure AI usage aligns with security, compliance and regulatory requirements. /li liIdentify recurring engineering challenges and propose AI‑driven improvements. /li /ul h3Business Enablement /h3 pBeyond engineering, you will collaborate with Operational Products, Product Strategy, HR and business stakeholders to: /p ul liIdentify high‑value AI opportunities. /li liFacilitate AI discovery workshops in collaboration with the Methodology Team. /li liPrototype business solutions using Generative AI. /li liSupport departments during AI adoption and change management. /li liAct as a trusted advisor on AI opportunities and implementation approaches. /li /ul h3Additional responsibilities - Innovation External Representation /h3 pAs one of Swissquote's AI ambassadors, you will: /p ul liMonitor AI trends, technologies and industry best practices. /li liEvaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks. /li liRepresent Software Engineering internally across Swissquote. /li liContribute to Swissquote's visibility externally through conferences, meetups, articles or technical communities when appropriate. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience or Technical Consulting. /li liStrong software engineering background with experience building production systems. /li liPractical experience using Claude or similar LLMs in your own work: prompt engineering, using AI coding assistants, building small internal tools or scripts that leverage LLM APIs. /li liDemonstrated experience leading technical enablement, mentoring or training engineers. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liAbility to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liStrong understanding of software engineering best practices. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward execution and continuous improvement. /li liPassion for learning, experimentation and knowledge sharing. /li liCuriosity about AI governance, security and cost management, and willingness to learn Swissquote’s specific constraints and policies. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with Claude Code, OpenWebUI or similar AI development environments. /li liExposure to spec‑as‑source, agentic workflows, or RAG patterns, even in small side projects. /li liPrior experience running brown‑bag sessions, workshops, or internal documentation initiatives. /li liFamiliarity with Claude, OpenAI, OpenWebUI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar AI platforms. /li liExperience with RAG, AI Agents, MCP, orchestration frameworks or agentic workflows. /li liKnowledge of AI governance, security and regulatory requirements. /li liExperience working in regulated environments. /li liPublic speaking experience, conference presentations or technical content creation is a strong plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
