ph3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou don’t just understand our customers’ requirements superficially — you uncover underlying needs and develop tailored solution concepts. /li liYou contribute your extensive experience in implementing and enhancing Freshworks, Matrix42 and/or Xurrent solutions. /li liSystem incidents are exciting challenges for you, which you resolve with analytical precision and innovative approaches. /li liTogether with your team, you set new standards for our CI/CD processes and promote the continuous exchange of knowledge and best practices. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, complemented by several years of experience in ESM/ITSM projects. /li liProven track record in successfully delivering complex service management solutions. /li liMotivated to master xamplo’s solutions technically down to the last detail, to advise customers as an expert, and to take responsibility in demanding projects. /li liExperience implementing ESM/ITSM solutions and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems. /li liKnowledge of Freshworks, Matrix42 or Xurrent is an advantage but not required. /li liExperience in requirements engineering to turn vague customer ideas into clear technical specifications. /li liAn ITIL 4 certification is a plus — either already obtained or in progress. /li liExcellent German language skills and fluent English communication skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
