Director, Global Supply Planning Process

ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of critical global planning processes /li liServe as the global process owner for key planning processes /li liAssess process maturity on a regular basis to identify opportunities for improvement /li liEnsure standard approaches across all different processes in scope from a methodology and documentation perspective /li liEstablish a network of practitioners to ensure identification and adoption of best practices /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA minimum of a bachelor’s/university degree is required, and advanced degree preferred (master/PhD) /li li10 years of general business experience in a health care context /li liA minimum of 8 years direct Supply Chain Planning experience /li liA minimum of 5 years supervisory experience /li liGood understanding of SCOR model, lean and 6 sigma principles /li liProven business acumen in Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance /li liOperational experience with several of the following processes including master production schedule process, inventory management, supply chain management, scenario analysis, change control, integrated business planning, long range demand/capacity planning, planning systems (e.g. SAP, OMP) and other cross-functional business processes common to the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry /li liStrong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills /li liAbility to manage multiple initiatives and work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly /li liAbility to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
