Scheduler (m/f/d) - Life Science Construction Projects

Job Descriptionbr/br/pAs a Senior Scheduler you will be responsible for advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement, change management implementation and analysis that may involve a major project or several smaller projects. A thorough understanding is required of policies, methods, and procedures that includes advanced Planning and Scheduling techniques, Risk Analysis, Risk Management, and support of project objectives. /ppIn your role you will: /pulliImplement project planning/scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations. /liliCoordinate the development and implementation of project works. /liliPerform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules. /liliConduct the required project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole. /liliAnalyse deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule highlighting bottlenecks / delays and propose corrective actions. /liliPrepare the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the Monthly Project Report and specific reports / presentations. /liliPrepare resourcing plans for the overall and individual project phases, identifying any excessive peak numbers and making recommendations for peak leveling. /liliEnsure that schedule related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors of actual projects is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems. /liliPrepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of work. /li /ulbrQualificationsbr/br/ulliDegree in a construction related field. /liliExpertise in project controls/plan/schedule management is required preferably within the Life Sector or other related complex asset types. /liliExpert experience level using project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred) /liliAbility to coordinate/organise multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports is required. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /liliThe tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions. /liliDevelops good working relationships with project team. /liliFluent English and German language skills, both written and verbal. /liliWillingness to work from construction site 3 days a week /li /ulbr/br/Additional Informationbr/br/pOur people share our Purpose and Values.
