ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute HEMA strategy for Surgery portfolio across EMEA /li liEnsure health economics, reimbursement and access strategies align with business priorities /li liDirect design and execution of health economics research /li liLead development of economic evidence and value narratives /li liMonitor healthcare reform and policy trends /li liEngage with payers, HTA bodies, and policy makers /li liAccountable for team performance and coaching /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAdvanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in health economics or healthcare‑related field /li liMinimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry /li liStrong technical background in evidence‑based medicine, health economics, reimbursement or health policy /li liPrevious experience working in the medtech industry preferred /li liStrong understanding of the healthcare environment in EMEA /li liDemonstrated ability developing and executing market access strategies /li liStrong understanding of HEMA analytical methods /li liAbility to work from strategy development to execution /li liSolid knowledge of evidence needed for favorable reimbursement and market access /li liExperience leading health economic or outcomes research studies preferred /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
