You will own the horizontal connective tissue across these three BUs. You will bridge the gap between visionary product strategy and high-velocity RD execution across multiple teams globally. You will drive the PWS RD coordination, to ensure our hardware, software, design, and strategic partnerships come together as one cohesive program. Horizontal RD Alignment Innovation Governance /b /b /p /plibOrchestrate the Innovation Funnel: /b Drive the cross-BU planning cycle for our 3-year innovation roadmaps, ensuring deep alignment between product visions and engineering capabilities. Lead the annual “3-year innovation strategy” off-site with the PWS head of product. /lilibLead Cross-Functional Governance: /b Own and optimize the monthly PWS RD alignment forums. Serve as the bridge between the three Business Units: 3 Heads of Product, 3 Heads of HW Engineering, and 1 Head of SW Engineering. /lilibManage the PWS Experience Platforms: /b Drive technical coordination across PWS for experiences that impact multiple product categories. Key platforms such as AI-enabled workflows, security, connectivity and sustainability. /lilibCoordinate program schedule across multiple functions: /bDesign, UX, SW, HW, Partner alliances. Working closely with heads of product and the program managers of each of the RD functions. /lilibStrategic Partnership Influence: /bCraft and lead the strategic innovation direction in collaboration with key internal and external partners (platform partners, technology suppliers), leveraging their expertise to co-create and de-risk the future product and technology pipeline. /lippbb2.
