StellenbeschreibungpThe Manufacturing Engineer for surgical robotic instruments will play a key role across the full product lifecycle, from setting up new assembly lines to driving continuous improvement once production is up-and-running. The Manufacturing Engineer will work at the intersection of RD, Quality, Supply Chain, and our external partners and will make sure every product can be built reliably, efficiently, and meet yield and performance as volumes grow. /ppThis role is based at our Epalinges office, with regular time at our suppliers' sites (mostly in western Switzerland). /p pstrongDuties Responsibilities /strong /pulliProvide engineering support to production, resolving process deviations, equipment issues, and quality events with structured root-cause analysis /liliDrive continuous improvement in production performance, turning data and root-cause analysis into better processes and design.
