We enable careers by connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities, and we support our clients in engaging, retaining, and developing the right talent when needed. /ppOur client is a leader in the medical technology industry, supported by a global network of production facilities, subsidiaries, and distribution partners. /p pTo further strengthen their team in bGrisons (Graubünden), Switzerland /b, we are currently seeking a qualified professional to bpermanently /b join the organization: /p pbSharePoint and Power Platform Engineer /b /p pb80 – 100% /b /p pbYour main responsibilities: /b /p liFurther develop, continuously optimize, and ensure smooth operations with the DMS, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environment /li liAnalyze, design, implement, and technically manage ICT projects in the SharePoint and Power Platform environment /li liSupport automation and digitalization of processes using Power Platform and scripting /li liHandle and resolve incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support /li liCreate and maintain technical documentation /li liClosely collaborate with internal departments to implement requirements effectively and to turn their needs into digital solutions /li pbYour qualifications and experience: /b /p libRelevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required; /b /li liCompleted education in IT or equivalent qualification with at least 2+ years of experience in relevant field /li liStrong practical experience with bMicrosoft 365 /b, especially bSharePoint Online /b and bPower Platform /b /li liVery good knowledge of bPowerShell and JavaScript /bfor automation and extending bM365/SharePoint /b solutions /li liExperience with structured data formats such as JSON and XML /li liAnalytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style /li liAbility to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way /li liTeam-oriented, independent, and reliable personality /li liVery good German (spoken and written) and good English skills /li
