FOR OUR CMS DES SPÉCIALISTES, WE ARE RECRUITING A: Diabetes Nurse at 20%

YOUR MISSION

- Support the client when diabetes is newly diagnosed

- Manage unstable situations and the occurrence of complications

- Supervise collaborators for support with specific, complex care

- Work within a committed team and collaborate transversally with multidisciplinary teams.

- Train CMS teams on protocols and equipment

- Manage administrative tasks related to your role

YOUR PROFILE

- Nursing diploma HES (or recognised by CRS)

- Certificate of competence as a diabetes nurse or federal diploma in diabetology

- Proven experience in clinical diabetology

- Experience in project management or therapeutic education is an asset

- Comfortable in the field, autonomous and versatile

- Good negotiation skills

- Interpersonal skills, empathy and initiative

- Strong interest in home care

- Flexible and able to adapt to varied situations

- Driving licence essential (own vehicle preferred)
