Your missions

• Carry out functional assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
• Support patients in maintaining, improving or recovering their autonomy.
• Ensure care in collaboration with medical and nursing teams.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination.
• Guarantee the quality, traceability and follow-up of occupational therapy interventions.
  

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent diploma recognised in Switzerland.
• Swiss Red Cross recognition mandatory or in the process of being obtained.
• Experience in a hospital, rehabilitation or clinic setting is a real asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening.
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit.
• Comfortable in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
