Planning and Construction Manager

What you will achieve

• Gathering specific user requirements and ensuring their technical implementation, mainly in the field of construction
• Involvement of the operating sites concerned by the project, planning and timely introduction of conversion measures
• Monitoring investment and construction costs, as well as managing and controlling documentation related to buildings and infrastructure
• Checking specifications, plans and technical descriptions of building and infrastructure equipment, in accordance with applicable external and internal standards
• Reviewing tenders in the fields of construction and infrastructure
• Managing suppliers and manufacturers in the fields of construction and infrastructure, monitoring the execution and cost development, as well as carrying out inspections
• Participating in the preparation of company contracts, site follow-up meetings and representing the owner's interests
• Site supervision to ensure compliance with the specifications
• Coordinating various experts to achieve objectives

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (Uni/VET, University of Applied Sciences, ES)
• Specialisation: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering or ES Technician in construction management, with 5 to 10 years of experience
• Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing large and complex construction projects preferred
• Systematic and structured working method, networked thinking, good sense of priorities and stress resistance
• Good knowledge of Office and SAP
• French (B2)
• German (B2)
