Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You’ll report to Site Tenders Projects Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team. /p pWe’ll look for you to: /p pbBusiness development: Support Service growth strategy for Service in CH and for the site Villeneuve /b /p liImplement business development strategy in close relationship with Customer directors; /li liDevelop relationships with customers and partners; /li liSeek and propose to the Customer Director Platform additional opportunities. /li pbTender Phase: Work in close relationship with Tender Leader and the full tender team /b /p liDetermine the complexity of the tender based on reliable information using criticality matrix /li liAnalyze in detail the request for proposal (RFP) /li liSupport Tender Leader to perform Win No Go, Tender Review Meeting (TRM), Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM), Win Loss Analysis (WLA) and consolidation of inputs from Support functions /li liManage QCD optimization (in liaise with Bid Costing Manager if any) and obtain clear commitments from different actors /li liCheck, challenge and properly consolidate documented commitments /li liPrepare the documentation necessary to submit to Customer (technical description, planning, pricing) /li pb Project Phase /b /p liDefinition of Project objectives and main drivers (product/service performance, planning) to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract /li liBe accountable for project QCDP performance and optimize Project Financial performance (Margin Cash) /li liAs WP Owner of the Project Management Work Package, he/she is QCDP accountable for all the activities of his/her WP. /li liBe responsible for the project governance. Define project strategy in line with contract requirements, including Project Management Plan (PMP) elaboration and objectives allocation to Sub-Systems (planning, cost, quality, performance). /li ppbbAll About You /b /b /p /p pWe value passion and attitude over experience.
