Aqua Swim is a dynamic and growing swim school dedicated to providing top-notch swimming education in a fun and supportive environment. We're looking for an organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Business Operations Manager to join our team in Geneva and support our day-to-day operations.
Tasks
As our Business Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operations keeping things running smoothly while supporting HR, finance, and Scheduling tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is great with numbers, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone or be at the pool side!

Key Responsibilities
✅ General Administration – Manage emails, schedules, and supplies.
✅ HR Support – Assist with contracts, payroll, recruitment and onboarding new team members.
✅ Finance & Numbers – Handle invoices, payments, and basic financial tracking.
✅ Tech & Design – Use Canva and tools for simple graphics and manage databases/software.
✅ Client & Team Communication – Answer calls, respond to queries, and support the swim team.
✅ Flexibility – Help with various projects as needed in a fast-paced environment.
