pbMake your mark for patients /b /ppbWe are looking for a Bio MSAT Quality Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and influential to join our Quality Internal Manufacturing and Operations team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium. /b /ppbAbout the role /b /ppYou are going to play a key global role in ensuring Quality oversight of Bio MSAT activities across internal and external manufacturing. You will drive quality excellence, support technical transfers and validation, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help solve complex quality challenges impacting multiple products and stakeholders. /ppbWho you will work with /b /ppYou will work closely with Global QA teams, MSAT teams, Supply Chain, Regulatory, IT, and manufacturing operations. You are going to collaborate with internal and external partners across geographies, influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to a strong, connected Quality organisation. /ppbWhat you will do /b /plipYou will provide expert QA leadership for Bio MSAT activities across internal and external manufacturing. /p /lilipYou will drive troubleshooting, investigations, and CAPA implementation with rigor and transparency. /p /lilipYou will oversee process validation, CPV, and technical transfers across manufacturing sites. /p /lilipYou will build and maintain strong stakeholder networks across MSAT, Quality, and operations. /p /lilipYou will promote continuous improvement and best practices within the global Quality organisation. /p /lilipYou will contribute to governance, mentoring colleagues, and supporting team development. /p /lipbInterested? /b /ppFor this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills: /plipMaster’s or PhD in a scientific or relevant discipline (e.g. Biopharma, Biotechnology). /p /lilipStrong experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, MSAT, and Quality Assurance. /p /lilipDeep knowledge of regulatory requirements and analytical/validation processes. /p /lilipProven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders globally. /p /lilipExcellent problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and risk management. /p /lilipStrong communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment. /p /lipAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
