Your new roleIn this role, you will partner closely with the SVP of International Operations (IO) Medical Marketing & Regulatory as a trusted advisor and operational lead. You will oversee key business processes, manage executive communication, and align Marketing, Medical and Regulatory priorities with broader organisational goals. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations.In this role, you will:Serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the SVP of International Operations Marketing, Medical & Regulatory, representing the Executive Office and driving the delivery of key business priorities.Lead the day-to-day operations of the SVP Office, orchestrate the MM&R Leadership Team agenda, ensure follow-through on critical priorities, and act as a key integrator across the MM&R leadership team.Partner with the SVP to prepare for internal and external engagements, including leadership meetings, executive presentations, strategic communications, and stakeholder interactions.Lead and coordinate high-impact strategic initiatives and cross-functional projectsOversee core business processes, including budget planning and follow-up, business analytics, governance activities, leadership meetings, and executive reporting.Collaborate across regional, global, and cross-functional stakeholders to generate insights, drive alignment, and facilitate decision-making.Your new departmentInternational Operations (IO) is Novo Nordisk’s largest operational unit and a key driver of future growth, covering more than countries and 95% of the world’s population. Your skills & qualificationsWe are seeking a globally minded professional with strong international exposure, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to simplify complexity while delivering meaningful outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with clear communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.What you will bring:Master's degree in management or similar with 8+ years of experience in a multinational organisationPrevious experience in management or healthcare consultingFunctional experience in Marketing, Sales, Medical or Regulatory would be an advantageStrategic thinking and cross-functional collaborationStrong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear solutions.Proven success in process and project management, with strong organisational and prioritisation skillsFluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
