As a Legal Secretary, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing legal documents and files.
  • Preparing, proofreading, and formatting legal documents.
  • Coordinating communications between the various parties involved in legal proceedings.
  • Organizing meetings, hearings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintaining and updating legal databases and archives.
  • Ensuring clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring compliance with deadlines and established procedures.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative and legal processes.



As a Legal Secretary, you will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A diploma in secretarial studies, administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent command of English (C2 level or ideally native proficiency); French is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative environment is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
