Junior Data Analyst

pThe FEI is looking for a Junior Data Analyst for a 1-year fixed term with the possibility of extension. You will exclusively work on the Equine Digital Passport project in close collaboration with the FEI Technology Operations Department. The position’s activity rate is 100% and the location is Lausanne, Switzerland. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to grow within an international, mission-driven organisation. /ppbr/ppThe data analyst will work closely with the Digital Passport Project Manager. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /p ulliCollect, clean and structure data from multiple internal and external sources. /liliProduce regular reports, dashboards and visualisations to support business development decisions. /liliAssist in maintaining data quality and consistency across systems. /liliCollaborate with DEV ops tools (GIT, Jira, CI/CD Pipeline). /liliSupport the publication and management of datasets in Open Data formats. /liliConduct ad hoc analyses in response to team and stakeholder requests. /liliContribute to documentation of data processes and methodologies. /liliCollaborate with technical and business colleagues to understand data needs. /liliParticipate and facilitate workshops with stakeholders. /li /ul pstrongPosition Requirements /strong /p ulliBachelor Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent. /liliInitial experience up to 3 years (internship or first role) in data analysis. /liliProficiency with data tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, GIT) and software languages (R, JSON, Python- Pandas). /liliExperience in organisations working with Open Data or data for research formats is desired. (visualisation, pipelines). /liliAbility to present data and technology topics in an accessible way. /liliService-oriented, attention to detail and good communication skills. /liliFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. /liliA strong interest and knowledge in equestrian sport is advantageous. /liliFluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
