Our team values innovation, collaboration and continuous learning, providing you with a stimulating environment to grow your expertise and make a tangible impact on our cybersecurity practises. /p pbr/bIn your role, you will… /bbr/ /p pPlay a pivotal role in safeguarding our organisation's systems and data and lead the charge in: /p li pSecurity monitoring – Oversee security operations, use advanced tools to monitor and analyse alerts, proactively detect incidents in real time, investigate and coordinate responses /p /li li pIncident response – Investigate security incidents, contain breaches and implement remediation strategies /p /li li pOperational excellence – Implement and maintain high operational standards /p /li li pThreat intelligence – Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and trends /p /li li pTeam leadership – Mentor and guide a team of cybersecurity analysts, provide technical expertise, foster their development, support their growth and empower them to succeed. Act as a deputy to the Head of Monitoring /p /li li pSecurity strategy – Develop and implement security policies, procedures and controls to enhance the overall security posture of the organisation /p /li li pSecurity compliance – Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards /p /li li pOn-call duty – Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent matters outside of regular working hours /p /li pbr/bWhat we need from you… /bbr/br/Nobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements. If you, however, meet some of the criteria below and are curious about the world of threat analysis and detection, we'll be more than happy to meet you! /p pbr/bMust-have: /b /p pQualification background /p li pMin. 5 years of work experience in cybersecurity as a Security Analyst or Incident Responder (preferably in SOC/CSIRT setup) /p /li li pIn-depth knowledge of current threat landscape, offensive tooling and OWASP and industry-standard security framework, such as MITRE ATTCK techniques and Cyber Kill Chain /p /li li pExperience in malware and exploit analysis (or reverse engineering) /p /li li pExcellent oral and written communication skills in English /p /li li pAdditional experience should include: /p /li li pDeveloping hypothesis-driven threat hunts /p /li li pAnalysing various events, including but not limited to web traffic, underlying network protocols, malware, lateral movement TTPs (techniques, tactics, and procedures) or Microsoft and Linux security events /p /li li pLogfile correlation and analysis /p /li li pSystem and memory analysis /p /li li pChain of custody and forensic acquisitions /p /li li pMajor incident response or breach investigation management /p /li pbPersonal competencies /b /p li pExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail /p /li li pEffective communication and presentation abilities to articulate and present complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences /p /li li pStakeholder management experience /p /li li pDemonstrated leadership experience /p /li li pAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment /p /li pbNice-to-have: /b /p li pDegree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field /p /li li pExperience developing in Python, Kusto or any other scripting language /p /li li pKnowledge of cloud security best practices and experience in cloud environment Azure or Amazon AWS /p /li li pKnowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, ISO or CIS controls. /p /li li pExperience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, DLP solutions /p /li li pUnderstanding of threat intelligence /p /li li pCertifications: CEH, CISM, CCSP, CISSP /p /li pFor Switzerland the bbase salary range /b for this position is between CHF 128,000 and CHF 192,000 (for a full-time role).
