As our Global HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR topics, support both local and global initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pliParticipate in Hire-to-Retire process design activities, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee changes and job changes. /liliSupport Talent, Culture and Organization initiatives, including performance management, succession management, learning, leadership development and organizational effectiveness. /liliHelp improve HR systems, tools and practices through data updates, process documentation and user feedback. /liliMaintain organizational management structures and support HR Business Partners with process-related updates and system follow-up. /liliCoordinate HR project activities, communications, workshops and training logistics as needed. /lipbWhat you will learn: /b /pliHow global HR processes are designed, improved and implemented across countries. /liliHow talent, culture, learning and organizational effectiveness initiatives are delivered in a multinational company. /liliHow HR systems, data and tools support people decisions and process efficiency. /liliHow to collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across functions, cultures and geographies. /lippbQualifications /b /p /ppbAbout you: /b /pliCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Work and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or another relevant field. /liliFirst practical experience through internships, student jobs or part-time roles is an asset. /liliFluency in English and French is required; any additional language is a plus. /liliVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. /liliStrong communication, organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive, curious and eager-to-learn mindset. /liliComfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders at different levels of the organization. /liliCollaborative, flexible and accountable team player with a positive can-do attitude. /liliKnowledge of Learning and Development is an asset. /lipbEligibility: /b /ppThis internship is intended for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a university or higher education institution based in Switzerland. A valid Swiss permit and a tripartite internship agreement are required. /p
