Job DescriptionA prestigious high-altitude culinary destination situated at
2,100m altitude in the Valais Alps is seeking a talented hospitality professional. This unique property is a hybrid of a high-energy, "alp-chic" lunch venue and an intimate, high-end evening dining room. With F&B revenue exceeding
CHF 1.2M in the winter season, this is a high-volume, high-prestige operation requiring top-tier service standards.
The Role
This position is an exceptional career-progression opportunity. We are seeking a highly motivated, strong Chef de Rang who is ready to take the next step in their career, assume greater responsibilities, and evolve into a leadership role.
Instead of a traditional macro-manager, you will be a hands-on floor leader responsible for guiding and motivating a dedicated restaurant team (5–6 team members during the summer and approximately 10 during the winter season). You will ensure an exquisite guest experience for leisure guests, high-net-worth residents, and a prominent Corporate/MICE segment.
