Primary purpose of position: We are looking for enthusiastic, effective communicators, to reach out to prospective students and answer questions that help guide them along the enrollment process.
Duties and responsibilities: -Calls-Texts-Emails-Data entry-Assist in other responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge, skills and abilities required: -Effective communication skills-Critical thinking and problem-solving-Friendly, positive, polite-Knowledge and understanding of enrollment process (training provided)-Knowledge and understanding of Geneva College and Grad and Online programs-Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office software
Education Requirements/Experience: -Required to be enrolled in a Geneva College Graduate program
