ph3YOUR CHALLENGE /h3 ul liYour area of responsibility includes the execution of client orders across all different asset classes, such as Equities/ETFs, Exchange‑traded derivatives, OTC derivatives Structured Products, as well as Fixed Income and Digital Assets /li liProvide execution consulting and support to Relationship Managers and Portfolio Management teams within Private Banking /li liDirect interaction with Direct Access UHNW clients to facilitate the technical execution of orders /li liPlay an integral role in driving continuous improvement of the client journey across all execution aspects in a multi‑asset class approach /li liUS hours shifts (02pm‑ 10pm CET), alternating with another person /li liMonitoring of orders from a best execution perspective and compliance with internal policies /li liClarification of discrepancies in securities delivery and settlement /li liDedicated support to our Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth clients for OTC equity derivatives, ensuring seamless implementation, optimal trade execution and support /li liResponsible for the accurate processing, monitoring, confirmation and settlement of derivatives transactions, ensuring strict adherence to service‑level and compliance requirements /li liDemonstrates in‑depth understanding of the end‑to‑end derivatives trade lifecycle, from execution to settlement /li /ul h3Collaboration Governance /h3 ul liCollaborate across teams on process optimisation initiatives, adopting a global perspective through close coordination with all Julius Baer trading desks and key stakeholders worldwide /li liWork closely with risk, legal, compliance and operational partners to identify and meet applicable regulatory obligations /li liRegular contact with brokers, exchanges and regulatory authorities /li liCompliance with all regulatory international requirements including adherence to all Julius Baer internal policies /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 h3Essential Qualifications Personal Attributes /h3 ul liMinimum of 3–4 years experience in executing client orders in OTC derivatives, exchange‑traded derivatives, digital assets, and equities/ETFs is required /li liDeliver first‑class coverage of client relationships, providing best‑in‑class service with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to meet the highest service standards /li liDemonstrate excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes and driving continuous improvement in processes and systems /li liPossess the ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across functions, showing a strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and outstanding client service /li liCapable of quickly identifying and resolving issues by applying sound judgment to deliver efficient and effective solutions /li liSelf‑motivated, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure /li liDemonstrates a positive mindset, passion for the role, and strong personal resilience /li liHighly motivated with a collaborative, team‑player attitude /li liAble to work independently within a global team environment, taking initiative and contributing constructively with a constructive and positive attitude /li liFluent in German and English is a must /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
