You will be a member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Global Supply Chain. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading global strategy for Global Supply Chain (GSC), including multi‑year strategic planning, GSC annual priorities in line with the Head of GSC's guidance and close collaboration with the GSC leadership team. /li liAccountable for leading the Global Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence Team (~100 employees), with focus on Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Driving High Performance / Outcomes. /li liDeveloping capabilities, processes and standards from design into implementation, monitoring and adherence assurance, bringing an outside‑in perspective and benchmarking. /li liImplementation of global change programmes in line with Manufacturing Supply and company strategy. /li /ul pLeading the Global Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence organization by leveraging the following functions within the GSC Strategy Excellence: /p ul libChange Management /PMO: /b Oversees GSC change programmes (UnleaSC, for example) ensuring rollout as defined by the strategic transformation plan. /li libSupply Chain Planning Excellence: /b Ensure best‑in‑class process design, evolution, roll‑out, audit and adherence in the areas of IBP, demand and supply planning. Provide E2E visibility from market to suppliers. /li libCustomer Fulfilment Excellence: /b Ensure best‑in‑class process design, evolution, roll‑out, audit and adherence in the areas of sustainable network/logistics and customer care. /li libGlobal Supply Chain Analytics: /b Build and deliver the data and analytics strategy, deploy innovation including Agentic AI and new technologies at scale. /li libSMS2.0 Flow Supply Ecosystem: /b Ensure rollout and implementation of Flow and Supply ecosystem as per agreed multi‑year roadmap to engrave SC standards into the manufacturing sites DNA to achieve next‑level process excellence and business outcomes. /li libProjects Business Excellence: /b Manage the project portfolio management process for Global Supply Chain. Drive successful rollout of key global transformational projects. Ensure aligned implementation of global projects and leverage best practices sharing. Drive the implementation of Digital Tools to enable E2E Visibility, Collaboration, and Innovation. /li /ul h3Dimension Scope /h3 pGlobal role leading Strategy Excellence for Global Supply Chain, working across all areas of Supply Chain: Market Supply Chains, Supply Planning, Logistics, GBU Supply Chains and Transformation. /p pLeads a team of ~100 with 8 direct reports leading on topics including: Change Management Communications, Supply chain Planning Excellence, Customer Fulfilment Excellence, Global Supply Chain Analytics, SMS2.0 Flow Supply Ecosystem and Projects Business Excellence. /p h3Level of complexity /h3 pLeads a team of ~100 under Strategy and Excellence who provide leadership across a range of topics to develop and improve the quality of Supply Chain practices / processes / technology at Sanofi.
