As a key leader, you will manage the Hardware team within a multidisciplinary RD team of talented engineers developing next-generation satellite communication technologies. /p pYou will be responsible for both people management and technical leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of highly reliable hardware solutions for advanced systems such as phased array antennas, in demanding environments (land mobile, aerospace). /p h3The day-to-day /h3 pTeam leadership management: /p ul liLead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware engineers /li liSet clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support career growth /li liFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture /li liManage resource allocation, hiring, and team scalability /li /ul pProject technical leadership: /p ul liOversee the full development lifecycle of electronic hardware projects /li liEnsure high-quality design, validation, and delivery of analog and mixed-signal electronics /li liDrive system architecture decisions in collaboration with RF, mechanical, and software teams /li liEnsure compliance with requirements (performance, reliability, size, weight, and environmental constraints) /li liManage risks, priorities, and timelines across multiple projects /li /ul pExecution coordination: /p ul liInterface with internal stakeholders and external partners (suppliers, contractors) /li liEnsure alignment with program milestones, budgets, and deliverables /li liOversee design reviews, testing, and production readiness /li liPromote best practices in design, documentation, and verification /li /ul h3What you'll need /h3 ul liMSc or equivalent, in electronic engineering or a related field /li li8+ years of experience in hardware/electrical engineering, including technical leadership /li liPrevious experience in team management or informal leadership roles /li liStrong expertise in analog and mixed-signal design /li liExperience with full product lifecycle: design, validation, and industrialization /li liSolid knowledge of PCB design tools (preferably Altium) /li liExperience with tests activities lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, VNA, etc.) /li liStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills /li liAbility to drive decisions and align cross-functional teams /li liAvailability to travel to the US and across Europe to follow up with the other team members, contractors, and to attend conferences /li /ul h3What will help you on the job /h3 ul liExperience with high-speed interfaces and complex systems /li liKnowledge of satellite systems or RF architectures /li liExperience with FPGA or microcontrollers /li liFamiliarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jama) /li liKnowledge of EMI/EMC design and testing /li liStrong system-level thinking and architecture skills /li liStrong balance between technical depth and people leadership /li liAbility to scale and structure a hardware team /li liFocus on execution excellence and delivery predictability /li liCapability to influence across disciplines and organizations /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
