Order Management Specialist - Junior (GE/EN)

Order Management Specialist vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Create and manage customer orders in SAP systems
• Track and follow up on each order and project throughout the process
• Send order acknowledgements to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors
• Ensure timely release of orders and fulfilment of pre-established standards
• Provide comprehensive order management services including quoting, processing, and dispatch support

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experience with SAP systems would be advantageous
• Background in order management, customer service, or related field
• Understanding of order processing workflows and procedures
• Knowledge of customer relationship management principles
• Language skills: German, English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of commitment and resilience under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
