At our location in Stockach the gateway to Lake Constance we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.

As a Machine Learning Engineer you will develop intelligent algorithms for advanced multi-sensor detection systems. Working at the intersection of machine learning embedded software and sensor technology you will help transform complex sensor data into reliable real-time detection capabilities.

You will collaborate with an international cross-functional team and contribute to innovative solutions that support demanding real-world applications.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI-based object detection and sensor fusion algorithms
• Analyze complex sensor data and improve machine learning models
• Integrate and optimize software for embedded real-time systems
• Plan coordinate and support field tests and system validation activities
• Contribute to the development of secure and reliable software solutions
• Improve processes for AI training data generation and model evaluation
• Collaborate closely with software systems and test engineering teams
• Explore and apply state-of-the-art machine learning and data analysis methods

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Data Science or a related field
• Experience in machine learning data analysis or AI-based software development
• Strong programming skills in Python and C/C
• Experience with embedded software and Linux-based operating systems
• Knowledge of sensor technologies or multi-sensor systems is an advantage
• Familiarity with modern development tools (e.g. GitLab Jira Confluence)
• Structured proactive and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel for field testing and international collaboration
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
