Our diverse competencies, including AI Data, Cyber Security, Technology Strategy and Transformation, and Finance Platforms, collaborate to deliver cutting-edge solutions and drive technological advancements that empower our clients to achieve their goals. /p pbYour key responsibilities /b /p liLead technology strategy and transformation engagements for wealth and asset management clients, from vision and planning through execution. /li liDesign target architectures, operating models and technology roadmaps that align business and IT priorities. /li liAdvise clients on banking technology platforms and ecosystems, including digital acquisition and onboarding, CRM/CLM, portfolio management systems (PMS), core banking, e-banking and client servicing solutions. /li liIdentify opportunities to leverage Data AI, automation and emerging technologies to drive business value. /li liLead multidisciplinary EY and client teams, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes. /li liBuild trusted relationships with senior business and technology executives. /li liContribute to business development, thought leadership and the growth of EY’s Technology Consulting practice in Romandie. /li pbWhat we look for /b /p li12+ years of experience in technology consulting, technology architecture or transformation delivery within financial services, ideally Wealth Asset Management. /li liStrong understanding of banking technology platforms and architectures, including areas such as CRM, digital channels, portfolio management and core banking. /li liProven experience shaping technology strategies, operating models, target architectures and transformation roadmaps. /li liBroad knowledge of enterprise technologies, including applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity and service management. /li liDemonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs and managing diverse teams in complex stakeholder environments. /li liAbility to engage effectively with senior executives and translate business priorities into practical technology solutions. /li liInterest and experience in Data AI and their application to business transformation and operating model improvement. /li liCommercial mindset with experience supporting proposals, client development and practice growth. /li liStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent in French and English. /li liDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage. /li pbWhat’s in it for you /b /p pHere at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
