The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. Since the role is officialy based in the AO headquarters, a proximity living in Davos area is strongly desired. /pppbbMain Responsibilities /b /b /p /p liEnsure first-level support for users via phone, email, and on-site for software and hardware issues. /li liInstall and set up hardware for end-users. /li liDocument and track all support requests in our ticketing system. /li liMaintain and update user documentation and the knowledge base. /li liProvide support for internal training courses and events. /li liCollaborate on internal IT projects as needed. /li liSupport our offices in Davos, Zizers and Zurich. /li ppbbMain Requirements /b /b /p /p liMinimum 5 years of experience in a technical support role in IT. /li liDiploma in IT /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, M365 E5, and iOS/MacOS. /li liUser-oriented and service-minded approach. /li liExperience with Atlassian Tools is a plus /li liStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. /li liExcellent communication and customer service skills. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /li liFluency in English. German nice to have. /li liThe role is located in Davos.
