Building on our decentralized operating model, you will introduce a more systematic, standardized and performance-driven approach while preserving the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of our local businesses. /p pWorking closely with country leadership teams, Group Logistics and cross-functional partners, you will define and execute the regional logistics strategy, strengthen governance, accelerate digitalization, optimize transport and distribution networks, and embed best practices that improve service, efficiency, sustainability and operational excellence. Through this transformation, you will help position logistics as a true business enabler, creating measurable value for our customers and the wider business. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 pDefine and execute the regional logistics strategy across Central Eastern Europe. /p pDesign, implement and continuously improve the regional logistics operating model, ensuring standardized processes, governance and best practices while supporting local execution. /p pLead transportation, warehousing, distribution, dispatching and customer service excellence initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service reliability and customer experience. /p pDrive disciplined logistics cost management by identifying efficiency opportunities, optimizing network design and improving productivity while maintaining high service levels. /p pLead the adoption of digital logistics solutions, advanced analytics and automation to improve visibility, planning, decision-making and operational performance. /p pDrive performance through key logistics KPIs, including service reliability, transport productivity, asset utilization, safety and cost-to-serve, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. /p pBuild and maintain strategic relationships with logistics providers and key internal and external stakeholders. /p pStrengthen logistics governance while ensuring compliance with health, safety, regulatory and sustainability standards and proactively managing operational risks and business continuity. /p pLead cross-functional collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, commercial, customer excellence, finance and supply chain teams. /p pDevelop high-performing logistics teams by investing in capability building, leadership development, succession planning and knowledge sharing. /p pFoster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement. /p pSupport decarbonization initiatives through more sustainable transport solutions and network optimization. /p h3bWhat We Are Looking For /b /h3 pUniversity degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, Business Administration or a related discipline. /p p10+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain leadership, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment. /p pProven experience leading regional, multi-site or cross-country operations and driving business transformation. /p pStrong understanding of transport networks, warehousing, distribution, dispatching, logistics performance management and cost optimization. /p pExperience with digital logistics solutions, analytics and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable. /p pExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, countries and cultures. /p pStrategic mindset combined with strong operational and execution capabilities. /p pProven leadership skills with the ability to develop teams, lead through influence and drive change in a decentralized environment. /p pResilient, customer-focused and committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. /p pFluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage. /p pWillingness to travel regularly within the region. /p h3bWhat We Offer /b /h3 pA high-impact regional leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of logistics across Central Eastern Europe. /p pThe opportunity to transform logistics into a strategic business enabler that creates measurable value for customers and the business. /p pExposure to senior stakeholders across countries, functions and Group Logistics. /p pThe opportunity to lead transformation in digitalization, network optimization, operational excellence, cost efficiency and sustainability. /p pAn international, collaborative environment where innovation, continuous improvement and leadership are valued. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
