Building on our decentralized operating model, you will introduce a more systematic, standardized and performance-driven approach while preserving the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of our local businesses. /p pWorking closely with country leadership teams, Group Logistics and cross-functional partners, you will define and execute the regional logistics strategy, strengthen governance, accelerate digitalization, optimize transport and distribution networks, and embed best practices that improve service, efficiency, sustainability and operational excellence.
