In this highly visible leadership role, you'll help shape software solutions that empower hearing care professionals and improve the lives of millions of people with hearing loss worldwide. /p pbMore about the role /b /p liLead the end-to-end delivery of fitting software applications, from feature development through integration, stabilization and release readiness. /li liDrive the integration, evolution and lifecycle management of fitting software applications and variants, ensuring scalable, robust and brand-agnostic solutions across global markets. /li liTranslate product priorities into executable delivery plans while managing dependencies, timelines, delivery risks and cross-functional trade-offs across multiple release trains. /li liEnsure successful software integration, verification readiness, stabilization activities and release governance in close collaboration with System Integration, Platform Component Software, Audiological, Development and Verification teams. /li liPartner closely with Marketing, Brand teams and business stakeholders to deliver fitting software solutions that support global, regional and commercial priorities. /li liChampion delivery governance, quality standards, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle. /li liLead, develop and grow high-performing global engineering teams by fostering technical excellence, building organizational capability and developing future leaders. /li pbMore about you /b /p liBachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience in complex, regulated software development environments. /li liExtensive experience in fitting software or related hearing system development, including software application delivery, integration and lifecycle management. /li liProven leadership experience delivering complex software solutions within multi-release, regulated product development environments. /li liDemonstrated success leading cross-functional, international software engineering teams across multi-site and multi-brand organizations. /li liStrong expertise in software delivery governance, release planning, dependency management, software lifecycle management and technical debt management. /li liStrong systems thinking with the ability to navigate complex, multi-domain environments and balance quality, risk, scalability and business priorities while making sound technical and delivery trade-off decisions. /li liOutstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across engineering, marketing, audiology and business teams. /li liFluency in English. /li pbNice to have /b /p liKnowledge of medical device regulations and software validation frameworks. /li liExperience leading organizational transformation or working with data-informed product development and analytics platforms. /li liProficiency in German would be an advantage. /li pbMore about what we offer /b /p pAs one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
