In this role, you willbe responsible forperforming operationalsupportactivitieswithin the Operations Support Team in partnership with BufferMediaSupply,USP,and DSP. /ppbWhatyou’lldo: /b /plipAssignments within the OperationsSupportteam focused on receipt and management of raw materials,single usematerials, dispensingofsmall volume andlarge-scalemedias and buffersto meet production demands and adherence to schedule. /p /lilipProcessing of parts in washers and autoclaves /p /lilipTransport and storage of materialswithin temperature-controlled requirements /p /lilipExecution of tasksin compliance with safety regulations andcGMP quality requirements. /p /lilipExecution of production steps including interaction with HMIs and automated systems /p /lipbKey responsibilities: /b /plipComplete manufacturing activities in Operations Support area according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for resolution /p /lilipAssistdocument preparation (e.g.electronic batch records, SOPs) specific to the assigned production area /p /lilipRecognition, interpretation, and elimination of deviations /p /lilipReview production documentation and work on deviations, change requests and implementation of CAPAs to ensure high-quality GMP standards /p /lilipResponsible for the training of the manufacturing staff on specific equipment or standard operations /p /lilipServe as deputy for Team Lead when needed /p /lipbKey requirements: /b /plipbFluent English with German language skillsadvantageous /b /p /lilipGMP operations experiencea must /p /lilipCompletedchemical/biopharmaceuticaleducationorvocationaltrainingpreferred /p /lilipProfessional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator/production technician in a GMP environment is a plus /p /lilipMust be open to work in shift (2 or 3 shift system) /p /lipbWhatwe’relookingfor: /b /plipMotivated, self-starter with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset, ability to work independently,oversee the daily coordination of operationalactivities, andexecute operations as part ofteam deliverables. /p /lilipIdeally, you have trained as an EFZ logistician / EFZ chemical and pharmaceutical technologist / EFZ laboratory technician specializing in chemistry or biology. /p /lilipSafetymindset;forkliftand/orelectric pallet truck training will berequired /p /lilipContinuousimprovementmindsetwithattentiontodetailandsupportof6Sstandards /p /lilipDay shift schedule to start during training period and establishment of the Operations Support Department. /p /lipEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
