We are looking for a strongGerman-speaking Sales Representative /strong to join our international team in Barcelona. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and help them achieve their goals through tailored digital solutions. /p pIf you enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and want to develop your sales career with world-class training and excellent growth opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. /p h2Your Responsibilities /h2 ulliProactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. /liliUnderstand customer needs and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions. /liliManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals. /liliConsistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. /liliStay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments. /li /ul h2What We're Looking For /h2 ulliFluent strongGerman /strong (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills. /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. /liliPrevious experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred). /liliExperience in outbound or cold sales is a strong advantage. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. /liliCustomer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. /liliGenuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies. /liliValid authorization to work in Spain. /li /ul h2Compensation Benefits /h2 ulliCompetitive annual salary between strong€24,310 and €30,000 /strong, depending on experience. /liliPerformance-based bonus of up to strong€3,000–€4,290 /strong annually. /liliComprehensive relocation package, including:ulliFlight to Barcelona /liliOne month of accommodation /liliAssistance with private health insurance /li /ul /liliFull-time permanent contract (39 hours per week, Monday–Friday). /liliExtensive onboarding and training in Google Ads and sales methodologies. /liliCareer development opportunities, professional certifications, and internal mobility. /liliCollaborative and multicultural work environment with regular team-building activities and social events. /li /ul pIf you're ready to take the next step in your sales career while enjoying life in one of Europe's most vibrant cities, apply today and become part of our growing international team in Barcelona. /p
