Operating across multiple European markets, the business is experiencing continued growth and is strengthening its local HR presence in Switzerland. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, international organisation where collaboration, innovation and people are at the heart of the business. /p ppbThe Opportunity /b /p /p pWe are looking for a proactive and hands-on bHR Specialist /b to support the Swiss business based in the Zurich area. /p pAs the local HR representative, you will provide operational HR support to approximately 25–30 employees across a range of business functions, including Sales, Marketing and Finance. You will work closely with an international HR team located across several European countries, benefiting from strong collaboration while acting as the key HR contact for Switzerland. /p pThis role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a tangible impact within a growing international business. /p ppbKey Responsibilities /b /p /p liAct as the primary HR contact for the Swiss business. /li liSupport managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. /li liPrepare employment contracts, contract amendments and HR documentation. /li liAdvise managers on Swiss employment law and HR best practices. /li liManage employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures. /li liCoordinate onboarding and offboarding activities. /li liMaintain accurate HR records and personnel files. /li liLiaise with the external payroll provider and ensure accurate payroll preparation. /li liSupport recruitment activities when required. /li liEnsure compliance with Swiss labour legislation and internal HR policies. /li liCollaborate with the wider European HR team on cross-border HR initiatives and projects. /li liContribute to creating a positive employee experience and a strong company culture. /li ppbYour Profile /b /p /p liPrevious experience in a generalist HR position within Switzerland. /li liGood knowledge of Swiss employment law. /li liExperience working with outsourced payroll providers is an advantage. /li liStrong organisational and administrative skills. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities. /li liA genuine people-oriented professional who enjoys supporting employees and managers. /li liAble to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team. /li liComfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. /li liFluent German and English are essential.
