StellenbeschreibungpSonova is seeking a Senior Manager, RIC and BTE Solutions to lead the development and delivery of signal processing solutions across RIC and BTE hearing products. This role provides technical, functional, and people leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality, and product-ready software solutions that support Sonova’s global hearing system platforms. /p pbMore about the role /b /p liLead and own the development, design and integration of signal processing features for Sonova hearing systems /li liProvide technical leadership and decision-making authority for signal processing realization /li liDrive reuse, scalability, and product readiness across platforms, products, and Sonova brands /li liEstablish clear cross domain alignment and decision making across departments and areas /li liCollaborate closely with Product Management and Project Leaders to ensure customer focus and success in the market /li liLead, develop, and manage a team of software professionals while supporting talent development and succession planning /li pbMore about you /b /p liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline /li liProven leadership experience in software development and in people leadership within complex RD environments /li liExtensive experience shaping and delivering software features across multiple platforms, product generations, and releases /li liStrong understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), system integration, fitting software systems, and regulated product development /li liAbility to lead through ambiguity while balancing innovation, scalability, quality, and long-term platform value /li liStrong, confident communicator with demonstrated soft skills applied to leadership and collaboration across technical, audiological, and business stakeholders /li liExperience working in international, multi-site, and cross-functional environments /li liCurious about emerging technologies, particularly AI, with a forward-looking mindset and passion for innovation /li liFluent in English; German is a plus /li pbMore about what we offer: /b /p pAs one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
