Visionaries like you work on teams that save lives by developing the medicines of tomorrow. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThis role is pivotal supporting and driving technical innovation and automation within our Product Artwork (PA) team, ensuring operational excellence and future‑readiness. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as the primary subject‑matter expert for coordinating and troubleshooting all technical aspects of Product Artwork, providing strategic guidance and operational support for stakeholders and business partners. /li liCoordinate with Packaging Sites, LOCs and Business Partners to support all technical and automated artwork template corrections and questions. /li liReview technical and automated artwork template files to ensure compliance with departmental SOPs and regulatory standards. /li liSupport automation initiatives within the artwork management system (ArcTiC / Esko), partnering with cross‑functional teams. /li liAssist in designing and improving technical and automation workflows; establish KPIs to measure performance and value creation in collaboration with the PT team. /li liCollaborate closely with IT, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging Sites, Brand Protection, Supply Chain, and external vendors to support seamless automation integration. /li liProvide technical support and training to team members and business partners. /li liHelp benchmark best practices and new innovations for all product artwork technical and automation activities. /li liBuild strong alliances across stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication. /li liEnsure adherence to artwork systems and regulatory standards; identify and mitigate technical and automation risks. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree required or advanced degree in Engineering, Graphic Design, or Supply Chain preferred. /li /ul h3Experience Skills (Required) /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment. /li liTechnical and automation experience in artwork, regulatory labeling, or packaging fields. /li liExperience coordinating and troubleshooting artwork, regulatory labeling, and packaging design (variable data, barcode, automated technical templates, brief content requirements). /li liExperience creating packaging component technical templates and brief content instructions. /li li2+ years of experience in production‑readiness of artworks (preferably packaging). /li liProficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro. /li liGeneral understanding of regulatory processes and systems in pharmaceutical packaging and artwork management. /li liStrong understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to artwork, packaging, and labeling in the pharmaceutical industry. /li liSupply chain experience, including expertise in value chain, packaging sites, MSAT external vendor management. /li liKnowledge of end‑to‑end performance and metric‑based culture within the artwork coordination team. /li liHigh intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and learn artwork processes and their impact on customer experience. /li liAbility to multi‑task, work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate resilience and high productivity under schedule and budget constraints. /li liStrong cross‑functional business acumen and comprehensive understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing without authority at all levels of the organization. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liLife sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience. /li liLean/Six Sigma certification. /li liFamiliarity with artwork systems (e.g., ArcTiC / Esko). /li liExperience setting up KPIs. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liAnalytical Reasoning /li liBrand Research /li liControls Compliance /li liDetail‑Oriented /li liEHS Compliance /li liGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP) /li liLean Supply Chain Management /li liPackage and Labeling Regulations /li liProduct Packaging Design /li liProof Reading Software /li liQuality Assurance (QA) /li liSafety‑Oriented /li liScience, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Application /li liSupervision /li liSupply Planning /li liTechnologically Savvy /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liAnalytical Reasoning /li liBrand Research /li liControls Compliance /li liDetail‑Oriented /li liEHS Compliance /li liGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP) /li liLean Supply Chain Management /li liPackage and Labeling Regulations /li liProduct Packaging Design /li liProof Reading Software /li liQuality Assurance (QA) /li liSafety‑Oriented /li liScience, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Application /li liSupervision /li liSupply Planning /li liTechnologically Savvy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
