In this role, you will be responsible for performing operational activities within the Operations Support Team in partnership with Buffer Media Supply, USP and DSP. /ppbWhat you’ll do: /b /plipAssignments within the Operations Support team focused on receipt and management of raw materials, single use materials, dispensing of small volume and large-scale medias and buffers. /p /lilipProcessing of parts in washers and autoclaves /p /lilipTransport and storage of materials within temperature-controlled requirements /p /lilipRecognition, interpretation, and elimination of deviations /p /lilipExecution of tasks in compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality requirements. /p /lilipExecution of production steps including interaction with HMIs and automated systems /p /lilipSupport on-going training to develop your technical skills in a fast paced, large scale mammalian facility (6 x 20K Bioreactors) /p /lipbWhat we’re looking for: /b /plipbFluent English with German language skills advantageous /b /p /lilipCompleted chemical / biopharmaceutical education or vocational training preferred /p /lilipProfessional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator/production technician in a GMP environment is a plus /p /lilipSafety mindset; forklift and/or electric pallet truck training will be required /p /lilipContinuous improvement mindset with attention to detail and support of 6S standards /p /lilipWillingness to work in shifts (e.g. 2 or 3-shift pattern) with flexible work scheduling /p /lilipDay shift schedule to start during training period and establishment of the Operations Support Department. /p /lipEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
