Define and monitor project scope, timing and progress of assigned stages. /p /li lipLead process setup, scale-up, and implementation activities at GMP drug product manufacturing sites, including on-site technical support during batch execution. /p /li lipResponsible for new product introduction, process implementation, process control strategy and technical transfer and process validation documentation of assigned projects, including review of dossier modules for regulatory filing. /p /li lipDrive GMP change management strategy of assigned projects as well as initiate and manage GMP change control in system. Lead and support critical GMP product / process deviations and corresponding implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs). /p /li lipEnsure all activities are performed according to current standards (Good Manufacturing Practice, Health Safety Environment, Regulatory etc.). /p /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul lipIndustry-leading expertise in bbiotech/pharma/CDMO environments /b, with strong experience in drug product development, btech transfer /b especially within baseptic fillfinish processes /b (e.g. lyophilization, prefilled syringes). Proven ability to translate scientific depth into strategic decision-making. /p /li lipDeep knowledge of bGMP, regulatory, and CMC requirements /b, with the ability to translate strategy into robust manufacturing execution /p /li lipProven ability to binfluence and /b blead complex manufacturing strategies /b and resolve high-impact technical challenges across global, cross-site operations /p /li lipStrong bcommunication and stakeholder engagement skills /b, influencing senior leaders and navigating complex decision-making environments /p /li lipUniversity degree in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or similar field (PhD preferred) /p /li lipExcellent bproject, risk, and data management capabilities /b, paired with clear technical writing; fluent in English (German is a plus) /p /li /ul h3About Lonza /h3 pAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
