Your future duties and responsibilities:

CGI is seeking an experienced ERP Program Lead to lead the strategic direction and executive governance of a large-scale ERP transformation program for a major company.

Acting as CGI's senior program representative, the ERP Program Lead will provide overall leadership for the transformation, ensuring alignment between business objectives, organizational change, and technology implementation.

Working in close collaboration with the ERP Program Manager, who is responsible for day-to-day delivery execution, the ERP Program Lead will focus on executive stakeholder engagement, governance, strategic decision-making, value realization and overall program success.

This role requires a highly experienced transformation leader capable of operating at Executive Committee and Steering Committee level while fostering collaboration across business, IT, implementation partners and CGI leadership.

Strategic Leadership :

* Provide overall leadership for the ERP transformation programme and act as the primary strategic advisor to executive stakeholders.

* Define and maintain the transformation vision, objectives and success criteria.

* Ensure alignment between business strategy, operating model evolution and ERP Cloud capabilities.

* Drive strategic decisions and support executive sponsors throughout the programme lifecycle.

* Promote standardization and adoption of ERP Cloud leading practices where appropriate.


Executive Governance :

* Establish and oversee programme governance, ensuring effective decision-making and executive sponsorship.

* Chair or support Executive Steering Committees and governance forums.

* Review programme health, strategic risks, major dependencies and business impacts.

* Ensure appropriate escalation and resolution of critical issues.

* Provide executive reporting on programme status, transformation outcomes and value realization.


Stakeholder Engagement :

* Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and senior business leaders.

* Act as the primary executive interface between CGI, the client leadership and the programme team.

* Facilitate alignment across business, technology and external stakeholders.

* Influence complex decisions through strong communication and leadership.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Experience :

* Proven track record leading large-scale business transformation programmes, particularly ERP implementations and enterprise transformation initiatives.

* Significant experience acting as Programme Lead, Transformation Director or Executive Programme Manager on Oracle ERP programmes.

* Strong experience with Cloud ERP is highly preferred.

* Demonstrated success engaging Executive Committees, Steering Committees and C-level stakeholders.

* Extensive experience operating within complex international and multicultural environments.

* Experience working alongside global System Integrators and managing executive client relationships.

* Fluent Fruench & English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
