Customer Marketing Intern

pTHE ROLE /p pbOPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! /b /p pAs our Customer Marketing Intern, you play a critical role in supporting daily customer marketing and trade marketing activities, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive brand performance and ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives. /p pYou will be reporting toCustomer Marketing Manager, and you will manage: /p liSupport implementation of marketing and sales activities across channels /li liAssist in developing and executing 12-month brand plans with retail partners /li liCoordinate with internal teams (Sales, Training, Customer Service) /li liSupport daily operational marketing tasks /li liAnalyze market trends, competitors, opportunities, and risks /li liTrack and evaluate performance of marketing initiatives /li liExecute and monitor social media campaigns /li liSupport digital activations and brand visibility initiatives /li pbYOU ARE A COTY FIT /b /p pAs a proactive and analytical team player, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
