WWF Norway is part of the global WWF Network, one of the world's largest independent environmental organisations, working to protect the diversity of species and ecosystems and ensure the sustainable use of natural resources.
As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen project and grant management, WWF Norway is exploring digital solutions that can support more efficient, collaborative, and transparent ways of working.
WWF Norway is seeking a modern Grant Management System that can support the full grant lifecycle - from opportunity management and proposal development to project implementation, monitoring, reporting, and close-out. The organisation is looking for a solution that improves collaboration across teams and partners, strengthens oversight and compliance, streamlines reporting, and reduces manual administrative work through configurable workflows, automation, and robust reporting capabilities.
WWF Norway invites suppliers to participate in a Request for Information (RFI) regarding a future Digital Grant Management System (GMS). Through this RFI, WWF Norway seeks information on available solutions, supplier capabilities, implementation approaches, and indicative costs. The information received will help WWF Norway better understand the market and further develop the requirements and procurement documents for a subsequent procurement process.
Interested suppliers are invited to submit an RFI response by 21 August 2026 at 16:00 CEST.
