The team advises national and international corporate clients as well as pension funds on the design, valuation and transformation of occupational pension schemes. A key focus lies on actuarial modelling, financial analysis and regulatory-compliant valuation work. Close collaboration with experienced actuaries, consultants and technical specialists ensures deep exposure to both complex financial calculations and strategic advisory topics. Continuous learning, technical excellence and knowledge sharing are core elements of the team culture. /p /p p p p Zürich /p p As soon as possible /p p 100% /p p Tax, Legal and Workforce /p p Everyone welcome /p p ID: WD /p /p /p /p /p /article section id="impact-skill" p p h2bYour Impact /b /h2 ulliSupport national and international corporate clients and pension funds in all aspects of Swiss occupational pension schemes including transformation, compensation strategy, pension plan design and optimization. /liliSupport with the analysis of pension plans using data-driven and financially sound approaches. /liliSupport preparing technical reports, valuation documentation, and presentations with a focus on financial and actuarial results. /liliCollaborate closely with senior actuaries and consultants on complex engagements and take ownership of defined analytical workstreams. /liliContribute to innovation and efficiency improvements in the way we work, including tool development, automation, the use of AI tools and advanced analytics applications. /liliContribute to business development activities, including preparing presentations and supporting internal and external initiatives. /liliParticipate in technical and soft skills internal training sessions. /liliDepending on expertise and interest, support technical work such as actuarial pension valuations under IFRS or US GAAP, audits where pension specialist input is required, quantitative analyses, pension benefit calculations, impact assessments of plan changes and, benchmarking studies. /li /ul /p p h2bYour Skill Set /b /h2 ulliUniversity degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a strongly quantitative field. /liliExperience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, VBA, Python, R, or similar) is a strong advantage. /liliStrong analytical mindset with the ability to work on complex problems in a structured way. /liliCurious mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations. /liliInterest in the pension and insurance sector and motivation to develop towards an actuarial career. /liliFluency in English required; German or French proficiency mandatory. /liliInterest in developing beyond the core role and contributing to broader team initiatives. /li /ul /p /p /section section id="benefits" p h2Your Benefits /h2 p p Hybrid Flexible Working Model Our work model enables you to spend part of your time working in the office and part at home (provided this is your preference) – unless you’re at your clients’ premises, which is of course always the priority.
