More innovative. Faster. Better!

We are looking for a driven and versatile Group Performance & Transformation Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Niederwangen, Switzerland. In this high-visibility role, you will act as a strategic business partner to both our Group CEO and CFO.

Supported by an established, high-performing team of three dedicated controllers, you will focus on driving business improvement initiatives, developing robust business cases, and shaping strategic and operational plans, forecasts, and scenarios - translating financial insights into measurable transformation outcomes.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute global transformation initiatives from inception through full organizational adoption, ensuring milestone achievement and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Own business case development and financial planning, including budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of key business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and monitor execution and ROI of improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a strong financial challenger and trusted partner to site management, international finance teams, and the general executive management.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable quantitative field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an international industrial or manufacturing environment or in management consulting. You combine hands-on experience in transformation or restructuring initi-atives with a solid background in Group or plant controlling.
  • Strong expertise in controlling, cash flow modelling, and industrial cost accounting.
  • Experience with modern ERP/BI and reporting environments, combined with strong digital affinity.
  • Business-fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with a pragmatic and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build consensus across hierarchical levels.

What we offer

  • A high-trust position with a unique bird’s-eye view and direct influence on strategic financial decisions.
  • Flat hierarchies with direct and regular interaction with the Group CEO and CFO.
  • A dynamic, international environment with the opportunity to actively implement modern methodologies.

Interested?

Please submit your application documents (CV, certificates, and motivation letter) via our application portal. We look forward to hearing from you!
