Team Leader - Testing (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities

• You will define and implement the team's long-term vision, objectives, and testing strategy in alignment with departmental goals.
• You will plan, coordinate, and oversee functional validation programs on hydraulic component test benches.
• You will ensure high-quality validation standards and drive innovation by establishing and continuously improving testing methodologies and best practices.
• You will analyze test results and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product improvement.
• You will collaborate closely with Design Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to align testing priorities and support product development.
• You will develop and implement standardized testing procedures and data analysis methods to improve efficiency, reliability, and repeatability of validation activities.
• You will monitor project progress, resource allocation, and team performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to department management.
• You will ensure compliance with safety standards across all testing operations and laboratory activities.

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with a specialization in mobile hydraulics, mobile machinery, drive systems, construction equipment or agricultural.
• You have proven experience in engineering development and validation, ideally in the field of hydraulic drive systems, mobile machinery or off-highway equipment.
• You possess deep knowledge in hydraulic drives, control systems, and functional validation methods, combined with a good understanding of machine functions and system behavior under real operating conditions.
• Leadership is a core aspect of your profile: you actively coach and empower your team, set clear priorities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You foster a high-performance culture, promote accountability and support your team in solving complex technical challenges.
• You combine strategic thinking with strong analytical skills, enabling you to solve complex technical challenges, support your team in root-cause analysis and drive sustainable improvements across products, test methods and processes.
• You communicate fluently in French and German, with a good command of English.
